Online Consultation Service
We have gone live with our new online consultation service-Patient Triage. This will only be for a few hours in the morning to see how it goes. This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.
Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can still call reception instead.
Please do not use this online form for urgent or emergency requests. The submitted forms will only be read during office hours. The forms will not be read on the weekends or on bank holidays. Please contact 111 during out of hours of 999 if this is an emergency.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record, access your Covid vaccination status and more.
If you already use online access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.
