You can access a range of GP services online using the NHS App, SystmOnline and our online triage form.
Request medical help or contact the practice
For appointment requests, medical queries, test results, fit notes, referral queries, doctor’s letters and general admin requests, please use our online triage form:

Your request will be reviewed by the practice team and we will contact you with the next steps.
This is not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, signs of a stroke, or another life-threatening emergency, call 999.
NHS App
You can use the NHS App to:
- order repeat prescriptions
- view parts of your GP record
- view test results when available
- check messages from the surgery
- access NHS health information
- submit an online request to the practice
To contact us through the NHS App, go to:
Appointments → Book an Appointment → Ask about a health problem
This will take you to our online triage form.
SystmOnline
You can also use SystmOnline to:
- order repeat prescriptions
- view parts of your medical record
- manage online access
Please note that routine GP appointment requests are now managed through our online triage system so the right member of the team can review your request.
